Searching Federal Hansard

  1. Go to https://www.aph.gov.au/ 
  2. Then to Parliamentary Business / Hansard 
  3. Scroll down to search. 
  4. Enter search terms. 
  5. Review results. 
  6. Download the whole day and/or use the explore the tree on the right to break out various events in the session. 

Parlinfo Advanced search is useful for searching all Federal Parliamentary outputs too (top right of the screen). 

Searching Queensland Hansard

  1. Go to https://www.parliament.qld.gov.au/Global/Search  Then to Work of the Assembly (2nd tab at the top) 
  2. Then to Record of Proceedings (Hansard) 
  3. You can browse Qld Hansard in several ways: By last sitting week; By sitting dates; Or by year back to 1860. 
  4. Use the Advanced Search (Top Right) to do a more precise search. 
  5. Choose years, keywords and other limiters. 
  6. Review the results
