In "Advance Search", select "Legal Cases" field and then search for journal articles that have discussed a case. An index of Australian law journal articles. Some fulltext available.
On the AustLII homepage, search for the case by name. In the results list, sort results by database to view commentary on the case in fulltext journals , law reform commission papers and other sources. Free Internet resource.
Select "Commentary" to search for references to a case in Halsburys Laws of Australia and looseleaf services published by LexisNexis/ Butterworths. QUT Library subscription.
On the homepage, search by case citation or party names and then limit by "Commentary" under "Document type" category.
