CiteScore Percentile

CiteScore

What is it?

CiteScore is a metric that measures the citation impact of serial publications (like journals) by calculating the average number of citations received over four years, divided by the number of documents (e.g., articles, reviews, conference papers) published in that same period, based on Scopus data.

How do I use it?

You can use CiteScore for assistance making decisions in where to publish. The metrics for the journal should not be the only tools you use to select where to publish. Always check the aims and scope of the journal to ensure your research fits.
