Step 6 Report and write

Below are the requirements for the final written/reported review from the JBI Reviewer's Manual. Sections should include:

• Abstract (ideally 500 words maximum, no abbreviations or references)
• Introduction
• Statement of the primary review questions
• Inclusion criteria (including PCC breakdown)
• Methods (describing processes for searching, screening, extraction, & presentation of results)
• Tabulated and/or narrated description of results, with a PRISMA-ScR flow chart
• Discussion (results and limitations of the review)
• References
• Conclusion and recommendations for practice and future research
• Conflicts of interest, acknowledgements and sources of funding
• Appendices: All search strategies and the data extraction instrument used

• PRISMA-ScR Checklist and Tip Sheets: The checklist contains 20 essential reporting items and 2 optional items to include when completing a scoping review.
• Scoping reviews: what they are and how you can do them (Cochrane Training).
  • Part 4: Doing scoping reviews:
