Workarounds for your Custom Folder data

If you still require information in your Custom Folder and you do not want to recreate these in the new EBSCOhost search using Project functionality, below are some instructions on how to move this data to your My Folder before July 2025.  Saved items and searches in My Folder will automatically be moving to the new interface.

My Custom folder data

Articles and eBooks

Option 1: Move saved items from your custom folders to My Folder - these will then automatically sync with the new user interface now:

1. Go to the custom folder you want to move
2. Select all the articles (or ebooks), and
3. Move to the My Folder option

Saved searches

Move saved searches from your custom folder to My Folder - these will automatically move to the new interface. It is recommended you include the name of the custom folder in your saved search so you can identify it in the new platform.
