Copyright and Intellectual Property

An important consideration when using GenAI is copyright, intellectual property and data security

GenAI is limited by the amount, quality and context of the data it's trained on. There is a lot of controversy over what datasets have been used to train GenAI and whether this was a breach of copyright. GenAI has created a crisis for copyright law and there are a number of lawsuits currently underway.
