Article quality checklist

Checklist for Quality

Check the credentials of the author - they should be a researcher or academic affiliated to a university or institution
Resource should be written in the last 5 years
There should be a reference list - is this based on scholarly research or anecdotal evidence?
Is it peer reviewed (see Google Scholar) or from QUT database?
Is it a report? Is it from a .edu or .gov website?
By whom and where is it published?
Is it unbiased & balanced?
What is the purpose of the article? Does it benefit a business or an organisation?
