Selecting which database to use depends on the topic of your assignment, and your stage of research.
If your question is broad, or you are just starting your research, tools with a wider scope are more useful. For example, if your question is 'Has motivational interviewing been effective for children under 12 in any context?' you could try:

The Proquest Criminal Justice Database is a comprehensive database supporting research on crime, its causes and impacts, legal and social implications, as well as litigation and crime trends.
