Optometry and Vision Science Databases

Databases are a great source for journal articles, conference proceedings, videos and images. Some databases vary in the amount of information they provide. Some will contain full articles (known as full text), whilst others may only contain citations. Explore the health database webpage for a complete list of heath databases, or the optometry database webpage. The following are examples of key databases.

Journals are an excellent source of current developments, research and information. Browsing relevant journals is a good way of keeping up to date in your area. Use Quick Find and the health databases to locate journals. Alternatively, use QUT Browzine Library to explore a virtual shelf of various journals.

Drug Databases

QUT Library subscribes to a number of electronic databases that provide information on drugs. Explore the full list of drug databases.

Statistics Databases

Do you need statistics information? Search the QUT Library specialist statistical databases and the health statistics resources.
