Co-operative Research Centre into Aboriginal Health - The CRC for Aboriginal Health (CRCAH) was funded from 2003-2009.  Its work continues through the newly established Lowitja Institute - Australia's National Institute for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Research.

Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council -QAIHC is the state peak body representing the Community Controlled Health Sector in Queensland at both state and national level. Its membership comprises 21 Community Controlled Health Services (CCHS) located throughout Queensland.

Department of Health and Ageing (Commonwealth)  - includes subject heading on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health.

Aboriginal Medical Services Alliance of the Northern Territory - AMSANT aims to improve the health of Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory through promoting and extending the principle of local Aboriginal community control over primary health care services to Aboriginal people.

National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) - is the national peak Aboriginal health body representing Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services throughout Australia.
