They connect staff and higher degree research students with library services, and provide advice and training.
Facilitating research:
- database searching and literature reviews
- scholarly publishing, Pure/ePrints, and open access
- referencing software, including EndNote
- research impact via publication metrics
- information and research data management
- IFN001 Advanced Information Research Skills (AIRS).
Facilitating teaching:
- selecting information resources for coursework
- the QUT Readings system and copyright
- information literacy workshops and online resources
